Bengaluru, Jan 30 (IANS) Karnataka police on Sunday suspended a police official after he purportedly kicked and attacked an in an unexpected way abled lady in broad daylight after the last option flung stones harming him while being on the job in Bengaluru.
Right hand Sub-Inspector (ASI) Narayan, posted with the Halasurugate police headquarters in Bengaluru, is the suspended police official. As indicated by police, the in an unexpected way abled lady distinguished as Manjula had out of nowhere flung a stone at ASI Narayan while he was sitting inside a towed vehicle.
The stone purportedly hit Narayan’s face and he began dying. Incensed by the demonstration of the lady, the ASI kicked her more than once, mishandled and held her by the hair hauling her all around the street.
However, individuals requested that the cop let the lady go as she is accounted for to be intellectually ill suited, Narayan kept attacking the lady. Afterward, he stopped an objection with S.J. Park police headquarters and the lady was arrested.
In the mean time, individuals recorded a video of the occurrence and posted it on the online media. As the video turned into a web sensation, individuals censured the fierce assault on the lady by the police official.
Bengaluru Police Commissioner, Kamal Pant has now suspended the ASI for attacking the in an unexpected way abled lady in broad daylight.
Police sources said that the lady has an injured hand and abhorred towing of vehicles by the police, so she heaved stones at the police any place she saw them. The examination is in progress.
